Shipping

Air plants vs. shipping time?


As Tillandsia are hardy plants, they survive well long shipping times, up to 2-2,5 weeks. However, most of the time our packages arrive within a week and within a few days in Scandinavia. In wintertime, we provide heating packs for shipping. The heating packs protect plants from frost and cold. They can be purchased separately in our webshop.




Tracking information


Tracking is always provided for domestic orders. For international orders, it is possible to choose shipping with a tracking number for an additional cost. In that case, we need to use the local post's parcel option with a higher price. Normally we ship international orders with a priority maxi letter option without tracking.




Shipping policy


We provide quick and worldwide shipping from our home town Turku, Finland.​ Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.




Dispatch time


We dispatch within 1-3 workdays worldwide from Turku, Finland.




Shipping time for domestic orders


Arrival within 3-4 business days with Posti, tracking number provided. Express packages can be added by request.




Shipping time for international orders


Arrival within 4-7 business days within EU, everywhere else 8-12 business days. Express packages can be added by request.

The packages are wrapped well - we are aiming for 100% protection during the shipping process, so the products can land anywhere on the globe without damage.





Personal pick-up

Personal pick-up


If you live in Turku area, order with a personal pick-up to reduce carbon footprint.
You can pick up your order from my workroom where I am creating my products.
If you choose personal pick up with your order, I'll contact you in a short time to set up a pick-up time.
Address: Linnankatu 61. 1/112. Additionally, if you are not able to come to the address mentioned above, we can agree on a different place to meet somewhere in Turku. Don't worry, we are flexible! ;)

Accepted payment methods


We accept credit and debit cards and transfers through the official payment platforms Paypal and Stripe. It is safe and easy for buyers. Credit cards currently accepted include Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club and JCB.
If you choose the personal pick-up option, you can also pay by cash or by card upon pick-up time!





Other

Do you have a store?


We don't have our own store. My workplace is located in Linnankatu (close to Funikulari), where personal pick-up is possible.

You can find the list of the retail stores here.
We are also visiting Finnish design markets and handcraft merchandise. If there is a market we attend soon, we write about it on our home page and on our Facebook page.




Greeting card with a personal mesasge


If you would like to send a product to someone as a gift, I am happy to enclose a handmade personal greeting card with any text that you would like. Also, when it is shipped as a gift, I make sure that the package does not include any invoices or order details.




Is the packaging eco-friendly?


We are eco-friendly and we take care of our packaging. We try to use eco-friendly and recycled materials as much as we can to avoid wasting.
